High Line Scavenger Hunt

March 16, 2012

Travel + Leisure recently named the High Line on its list of the world's top landmarks, right after the Statue of Liberty, Big Ben, the Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum and the Golden Gate Bridge. It's truly a special place and enjoying it with little ones requires very little effort. From the beautiful greenery and magnificent views to the broad range of architecture and interesting art, you're surrounded by tons of inspiration for a serious game of I spy.

But it's also prime ground for a scavenger hunt. And with this easy guide and a little imagination, kids can explore the High Line in a fun and engaging way.

And with the warm temperatures and the High Line Cutback in full swing, spring flowers are already in bloom. Here's some of what we saw during our visit last weekend.
